Cable Connector
Power cable connection
Power line is four-core. Blue is common. Actuator is retracted when brown is connected to Neutral. Actuator is Extend when connecting to neutral. Yellow/green is to ground
Signal cable connection
Please do not connect 2 actuators in the same power supply or switch.

Installation
It is necessary to ensure that actuator and wire are in the same line
Please avoid actuator and wire not in the same line, or you can add a pulley to change direction. Otherwise it may damage actuator

Warning
1.The power must be turned off before installation
2.The fixed seat must be firmly fixed with the wall to prevent loosening during work
3.The installation plane must be flat, otherwise actuator will be damaged
Installation/ Maintenance
1.The cable must be on the same line as actuator inner tube
2.Check the power cord and connect it to the power supply correctly according to the power cord sticker
3.Check the pot wire and connect it correctly with the control box according to the pot sticker. DO not connect it to more than 12VDC
4.Do not directly spray actuator with a high-pressure water gun
5.DO not touch actuator when it is running
FAQ
Q: Actuator stops working after several cycles
A: Thermal protector is set to prevent actuator from damage. We would recommend stopping and cool it. Then you can start again.
Q: No signal come out from actuator
A: Please check connection, or contact with the supplier
Q: Actuator does not stop when limit switch is off
A: Do not disassemble and repair by yourself, please feedback to the supplier
Q: Actuator moves forward and back at 0mm stroke repeatedly
A: Please check whether actuator is overload，or 2 actuators are powered by 1 power supply
